- What day or days is the website updated?
- What is a subscription id number and how do I cancel my
recurring membership?
- I don't get paid until next week, and I don't currently
have a credit card. Could you please give me free access to the
Members area? I promise to send it in as soon as I get paid next
Friday.
- I would like to buy some videos, can you email me some
pictures or video clips (mpegs) to help me decide?
- Can you give my name and email address to a certain
model?
- Do you do custom videos? If so, how much?
- When you receive my video order, how soon is it
shipped?
- How do you ship your packages (i.e. packaging)?
- What methods of payment do you currently accept for

- What name appears on my credit card statement when I
order a video?
- I emailed a certain model, but she has not
responded. Why?
The website is update every
Monday by 10pm CST. If a holiday falls on a Monday, the website may be
updated earlier than the regularly scheduled day, but never later than Monday.
Your subscription id
number is a number that was emailed to you in your Paycom or CCBill receipt which
you received upon purchasing your membership to our website. If you have
misplaced this number, please click here. If you are still having problems
locating your subscription id number, please email us with the following: first
& last name, username, and password, and we will then cancel your
subscription immediately.
No, we don't give access to
anyone who doesn't have a membership. So please, save yourself the embarrassment
by not asking.
No we don't email mpegs of
our videos to anyone. Members enjoy the mpegs of videos that are for sale
in the Feetishes Video Room. Joining gives you access to more than 750
mpegs and a library of more than 140 models.
No. Many of these models
are not looking for any outside relationships. We are not a dating
service.
If
you are interested in obtaining a custom video please email us. Prices start at $10.00 a minute with a 30 minute
minimum, depending on the type of video you are requesting. You may

Orders are shipped within 24
hours of the time they are received Monday - Friday. If your order is
received after 11am Saturday, it will be shipped on Monday morning.
All videos are shipped via
US First Class Mail in a plain brown envelope. All packages are
labeled with return sender listed as "John White."
We accept the following
credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express. We also accept
Cashier's Checks and Money Orders. If sending a Cashier's Check or Money
Order, please make them payable to RJ MEDIA. Or, if you
prefer, you may leave them blank.

If you order a video through
the Feetishes Video Store, your credit card statement will be billed as RJ
MEDIA.
Although we ask our models
to reply to email that is sent to them, Feetishes Inc. can make no guarantees of
any kind that they will. Many of the models have other responsibilities
and may not wish to correspond with anyone. However, if you do not receive
a reply after a number of attempts, simply refrain from sending any more emails
to that particular model.
